This Privacy Policy explains how Indy Blend LLC (“Indy Blend,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), doing business as FieldTrackr, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our websites, waitlists, messaging experiences, admin tools, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

If your organization is a FieldTrackr customer, that organization may control how project and crew data is submitted to the Service. In those cases, we process certain information on the customer’s instructions as a service provider / processor, and you should also review your employer’s or contractor’s policies.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Waitlist and contact details: first name, last name, email, phone number, and information about how you plan to use FieldTrackr
- Account and profile details: name, role, company, login identifiers, and preferences
- Customer Content: messages, photos, voice notes, transcripts, proposal documents, project plans, daily logs, safety notes, material updates, time-related entries, exception reports, and similar operational content you or your users send through the Service
- Crew and job-related details: crew member names, phone numbers, roles, jobsite or project identifiers, customer/job names, addresses or location context you choose to share, and related operational metadata
- Support communications: emails, messages, and feedback you send us
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP, and interaction events
- Cookies and similar technologies: used for essential site function, preferences, security, and analytics
2.3 Information from third parties
We may receive information from messaging providers, hosting and authentication providers, AI processors, analytics tools, and other vendors that help us operate the Service, or from your organization when it invites you to use FieldTrackr.
2.4 Payment information
If you purchase a paid plan, payment details may be collected by our payment processor. We typically receive limited billing metadata (such as plan, payment status, and invoices), not full card numbers.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service
- Convert messages, photos, and voice notes into structured progress updates, logs, and insights using automated and AI processing
- Coordinate project setup, crew communications, reminders, and customer-update drafts
- Respond to waitlist requests, support questions, and operational issues
- Secure the Service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems
- Analyze usage in aggregate to improve product quality and reliability
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
- Communicate service-related notices, product updates, and (where permitted) marketing messages; you can opt out of non-essential marketing
4. AI Processing
FieldTrackr uses AI and automated tools to extract tasks, completion estimates, issues, timestamps, locations or areas mentioned in content, and similar fields from Customer Content. AI providers may process content you submit in order to generate those outputs.
AI outputs can be wrong or incomplete. Customers should review outputs before relying on them. See our Terms of Service for related disclaimers.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with:
- Service providers / processors that host infrastructure, store data, send messages, process AI requests, provide analytics, support payment, or help us operate the Service (for example, cloud hosting, database, messaging, and AI vendors)
- Your organization and users you authorize (such as PMs and crew members on a shared project)
- Professional advisors (legal, accounting) under confidentiality obligations when needed
- Authorities when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security
- Business transferees in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections
Third-party platforms you choose to connect (such as WhatsApp) process information under their own policies.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies that are:
- Essential for site operation and security
- Analytics / performance to understand how the site and Service are used
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect site functionality.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and customer configuration. Waitlist information may be kept until you ask us to delete it or we determine it is no longer needed. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify information as reasonably practicable.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting credentials and devices used to access the Service.
9. International Transfers
Indy Blend is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your home country.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and relationship to us, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Opt out of marketing communications
- Appeal certain privacy decisions where required by law
California / U.S. state privacy notices: We do not sell personal information and do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined under the CCPA/CPRA. You may still request to know, delete, or correct personal information subject to exceptions.
To exercise rights, email privacy@fieldtrackr.com. We may need to verify your identity and, if you are an end user of a customer organization, may redirect the request to that organization when appropriate.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided information, contact privacy@fieldtrackr.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
12. Customer Responsibilities
Customers who submit crew, subcontractor, or end-customer information are responsible for providing any required privacy notices and obtaining any required consents under applicable law for workplace messaging, recordings, photos, and AI processing.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on fieldtrackr.com and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
